  • We provide a laundry sheet in your room that can be completed and left for our housekeeping team to take care of.

  • Yes, we offer gated parking at the resort.

  • Unless stated, breakfast is not included.

  • Yes, a handful of our rooms do include cooking amenities such as a stovetop, sink and a fridge. Kindly approach our reception staff for further info.

  • Yes, we offer complimentary use of the gymnasium for all guests staying at the resort.

  • Unfortunately, no we do not allow pets.

  • Madang Resort provides guests with access to three pools.

  • Non-guests may purchase a pool pass at reception, while guests may use the pools for free as part of their stay.

  • At Madang Resort, we do not provide free Wi-Fi internet access. Due to the high costs and potential fluctuations in speed caused by weather conditions, we charge for the usage of our internet services.

  • Yes, some of our rooms and the restaurant are wheelchair accessible. However, please note that the reception area is not currently accessible for wheelchairs.

  • We have a strict no-smoking policy in all our rooms. In addition, we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking inside the restaurant, and instead smoke outside.
