Madang Resort PNG 49th Local’s Independence Day Weekender Promotion (2024) - Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Details:

    • Book a stay for three (3) consecutive nights at Madang Resort Hotel and receive 50% off the third night.

    • Complimentary return boat transfer to Tab Island for a swim is exclusively available for guests who book this promotion package. The boat departs at 10:00 am and returns at 3:00 pm on Saturday 14th Sep 24.

    • Independence Day BBQ Lunch with live entertainment will be held on Monday, 16th September. This is NOT included in the package, it must be paid in full. Price TBC.

  2. Booking and Payment:

    • Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking, before checking in.

    • The promotion is subject to availability and must be booked directly through Madang Resort Hotel.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations incur 1 night accommodation fee.

    • Any changes to the booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  4. Weather and Availability:

    • The complimentary boat transfer to Tab Island is subject to weather conditions and availability. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the boat transfer if deemed necessary for safety reasons.

  5. General Terms:

    • This promotion is only valid for stays during the PNG 49th Independence Day weekend on following dates: Friday 13th Sep 2024 – Mon 16th Sep 2024.

    • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

    • This promotion is available to Madang Locals only.

  6. Liability:

    • The hotel is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the boat transfer to Tab Island or any other activities associated with the promotion. Snorkel equipment is not included.

  7. Other Conditions:

    • Transfers are limited to the scheduled times (departing at 10 am and returning at 3 pm). Any additional transfers or requests outside these times are subject to additional fees and availability.
