I am writing to thank you for all the assistance that you and your team provided to us at our recent Sales and Marketing Conference held at the Madang Resort Hotel. Our staff was very pleased with high standard of accommodation they were given, the excellent food that was served In abundance at the buffets, and the room and table service your cheerful staff provided. In fact on our questionnaire at the conclusion of the conference, everyone has asked that our conference next year be held at your Resort again. The peaceful ambiance of your establishment ensured that everyone was forced, relaxed and receptive to the concepts our conference was promulgating and teaching. I would like to especially that your Reservations Manager Mr Joe Kramer, for his invaluable assistance with all things, ‘IT’ related. He never fail to come to the conference room immediately when asked, and he was always able to fix whatever technical problem we had in the shortest possible time. Our staff has rated this year’s conference the best one ever. The surprise harbour cruise on the Kalibobo Spirit motor yacht to conclude our conference was the highlight of our three day stay for many who had never been on such a magnificent vessel before. Thank you Michael. The agent were impressed with the property and the facilities, and herewith a few comments from them. Accommodation Standard: excellent/very good quality, spacious and clean. Service Standard: excellent every where attention to detail through out the Resort. Food Standard: Very good/lots of choice/local produce and dishes all very well presented and very good quality. The seafood buffet was excellent- as good as any in the world. Staff: very helpful and attentive/friendly and efficient/attention to detail. Courtesy Bus: very good/clean and comfortable. Tour operator: excellent/the agents felt very immersed in the Melanesian Culture. Busy Bee very informative, and knew so much. The people of Bilbil were so welcoming, and the sing sing will not be forgotton. It was fun as well. Over all the agents had an enjoyable time whilst staying at the Madang Resort, and feel they would have no hesitation what so ever in selling PNG as a tourism destination, package with your property.
