The Madang Resort Convention Centre facilities are amongst the best in Papua New Guinea. The Sana Room can accommodate up to 400 in theatre style or 350 in banquet style. The Sana Room has been used for some of the most important conferences in PNG including the 1995 and 2006  Pacific Forums. The Sana Room divides into three smaller conference rooms, all with their own toilets, lighting, PA system, fully air conditioned with private entrances. 

Equipment includes computer projector, video, big screen LED screens, overheard projectors, white boards, flip charts, multiple conference microphone and PA system, wireless microphones, piano, lighting, rostrum and stage. 

In addition to the conference room, there are secretarial offices and a Business Centre equipped with word processing, printers, copying machine and access to wireless internet.
The Sana Room can accommodated up to 350 in theatre style or 300 in banquet style configurations and has a long history of hosting important national and regional conference including the 1995 and 2006 Pacific Forums, Madang Resort has been host for many prestigious conferences including World Bank, South Pacific Customs, AusAID, National Executive Council, PNG Governor's Conference, PNG National Tourist Conferences, National Health Conference, South Pacific Fisheries Authority, Bank of South Pacific, Mobil Oil,  United Nations, UNDP,  Australia-PNG Ministerial Bilateral Seminars, Austrade. WHO, DAL, Telikom, Interoil, National Executive Council, Prime Minister and many more.

In addition to the conference centre, we also offer secretarial offices and a modern, fully equipped Business Centre with access to computers, printers, copying machine and access to wireless Internet. 

The Madang Resort also has several marquees available to provide flexibility with venues, enabling organisers to take advantage of our spectacular waterfront location, or for use in remote locations for private conferences, dinners or trade shows.   Marquees suitable for groups from 20 - 100 or 200 – 400 are available. Tables, chairs, PA system and naturally fully equipped outboard catering are available.

The newly built Nicholai Maclay Conference room is located in the Raffles Wing and can comfortably seat 75 overlooking the pool.  It is equipped with audio visual, PA and has its own rest rooms and kitchen.

A Board Room is located in the central block which can seat up to 25 on a Board table. It is equipped with Plasma TV and has its own kitchen.
